What (Class title or special event) |
We are doing something new with our classes this year.
We don't plan to have lot of formal classes, but instead just gatherings with a "learn how" portion and food to coordinate with the project. Invite a friend to join you and think of it as going out for lunch with a fun activity thrown in. On top of those great options you'll have a chance to make new friends or reconnect with old ones.
We would love it if you would give us ideas of classes you would like. We can prepare special events for you and your friends. If you are hosting a family reunion ask us to come up with a special demonstration or class. Let us entertain a birthday gal and her family or friends. Let us plan something wonderful for you. We'll prepare some tasty food. What could be more fun!!

QUILTING IN THE GARDEN
DISPLAY
AT
QUILTING IN THE COUNTRY
There will be treats a plenty in store at Quilting in the Country on August 21. Discover the unique quilts created by students of Jane Quinn at the Quilting in the Country 2009 Fall Retreat. The quilts will be displayed in the gardens and on several buildings of the Quinn’s original 1870’s homestead site. The projects were inspired by the antique stained glass windows of the Sweet Shoppe in Philipsburg, MT, the site of the 2009 Fall Retreat. You will find the spectacular display a feast for your eyes! |

| The Artist in You
Sue is an artist and teacher by training and translates that artistry into quilts. She will guide you through the process of either creating a quilt using one of her patterns or making a quilt from a picture of your own. Whichever choice you make, you will spend Saturday and Sunday working with Sue to learn this whole creative process. She is one of the most organized, encouraging, and positive teachers we know, and you will truly enjoy your time with her.
